What this page covers
This site is run by Roof By Tom. It explains what we collect when you request a roof estimate, how we use it, and how to ask us to delete it.
What you send on the form
The estimate form asks for your name, phone, email, street address or ZIP, the service you need, and an optional message. We use those details only to call or text you about that roofing request and to write the estimate. We do not sell that information, and we do not use it for an unrelated mailing list.
How the form is delivered
Form messages are sent through Mailgun, our email provider, to our company inbox. Mailgun processes the message so it can reach us. We keep the request so we can follow up on the job. You can ask us to delete a request by emailing roofbytom@gmail.com.
Spam and abuse checks
The form includes hidden fields and a short timing check so automated junk is dropped before it reaches our inbox. Those traps are empty for a person filling out the form. We may also log your IP address and limit how many times one address can submit in a short window. That is only for abuse prevention.
Phone, email, and maps
If you call, email, or text us directly, we use that conversation to schedule and complete your work. The contact page embeds a Google Map of our Moraga office. Google may collect data under its own terms when that map loads.
What we do not collect here
This website does not run a separate analytics or advertising pixel of its own. We do not ask for a credit card on this site. Financing, if you choose it, is handled after the estimate — not through this form.
Your choices
Email roofbytom@gmail.com to review or delete a request we have on file, or to ask how we used it. If you no longer want calls or texts about an open estimate, say so and we will stop.
