Cover the house when the frame is ready
Once the wood sheathing is on, the house needs to stay dry. Send the roof plan and target date when you request the quote. We schedule that cover so framing, solar, and HVAC are not waiting on an empty calendar.
Matching a new addition to the existing roof
We sample the existing material and bring the new plane into the same color, profile, and flashing details. If the old roof is near the end of its life, we will say so before you lock the addition color.
Working with the other trades
Skylights, chimneys, and HVAC curbs need to live in the roof plane. We coordinate flashing after siding where the sequence requires it, so you are not chasing leaks at the handoff between crews.

On many jobs the general contractor holds the building permit. We work to that inspection and can pull a roofing permit when the city wants it in our name. Ask us when you send the plans.
