Tile is a water-shedding system, not a waterproof one. The underlayment does the sealing. If that layer is old and cracked, water that naturally runs under the tiles finds those cracks.

Often yes, from remaining stock or a close profile. We will show you the match before we order a pallet. Exact vintage colors are not always available.
